As a designer and head of branding in NIH's Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, my objective was to establish a corporate identity for diversity and inclusion that positions the National Institutes of Health as the premier diversity and inclusion employer of the U.S. Federal Government. I was responsible for all aspects of the website redesign, including development platform acquisition, wireframing, UX/UI design, and content creation.

Acting as, both, brand manager and senior web designer at the National Institutes of Health, I was responsible for the brand overhaul of the Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. I was asked to redesign its website, establish a corporate identity for diversity, and position the Agency as the premier employer of choice within the U.S. federal government. The initial site launched in 2014. Here is a concept for the brand's next phase of development.
