EDI Leadership requested business cards that stood out and represented the new identity of the office. The approach was simple: take the experience of of the EDI website ...offline! The back of each card was assigned a specific color which correlated with the service area or department in which the employee worked. This created consistency and recognition of EDI services between its digital touchpoint and in-person encounters with staff. I took the design a step further by having the contact information of each card embossed in braille to assist the office's blind constituency. This underscored EDI's brand values, communicating the importance of equity and inclusivity in all media, at every encounter, on all fronts.
