As a founding member of this startup, I helped evolve the mobile and web applications into a Facebook Messenger chatbot that leverages artificial intelligence to map and collect quantitative and qualitative data on police-civilian encounters across the U.S. I was specifically responsible for developing the brand identity, messaging and positioning, and early visual and user experience design decisions.
The venture went on to secure funding from a Big 4 firm, growth and development support from Google.org, as well as incubators and accelerators such as Halcyon House and Fast Forward.
