Sector: Public (Government)
As head of brand and design in the Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at NIH, I led a series of projects that focused on the vertical integration of brand and marketing. Namely, I overhauled the digital presence of the office as part of an agency-wide effort to establish the corporate identity for diversity and inclusion. The award-winning website earned the agency significant visibility across the U.S. federal government and served as a visual representation of its mission to become the premier employer of choice for diverse talent.
A major shift from the industry standard look and feel of many government digital experiences, the initial site shipped in 2014.
