Acting as, both, brand manager and senior web designer at the National Institutes of Health, I was responsible for the brand overhaul of the Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. I was asked to redesign its website, establish a corporate identity for diversity, and position the Agency as the premier employer of choice within the U.S. federal government. The initial site launched in 2014. Here is a concept for the brand's next phase of development.
