Take the Pledge

"Take the Pledge" is a digital campaign using film, web and social media to underscore the NIH's commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion drives success. The content of the campaign focused on behavior and aimed to set new standards for what inherent dignity and respect should look like in the workplace. It asserted the worth of every individual and helped influence positive changes in the way everyday people show up to work.
